We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to join our successful Specialty Consumables sales team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your job will be to grow your territory’s profitability by effectively cross selling our product portfolio to a diverse range of industries, increasing our market share at existing customers and bringing new customers into your area, thus achieving the required budgeted levels. This area offers growth potential in a challenging and dynamic environment.

+ Deliver business reporting as required
+ Working effectively with all other business functions.
We Are Looking For:
You should be based in the South of the UK within access of the key customers in Southampton, Swindon & London areas. We have a diverse product range covering industrial consumables such as Tapes, Abrasives, Wipes and PPE as well as a more technical range of Adhesives, Silicones and Lubricants. The main focus of the role will be to cross sell the product range to a variety of existing customers within the Automotive, Aerospace and Engineering sector as well and developing new leads and opportunities.
Above all, you should demonstrate a drive and passion for sales and customers development while being naturally industrious and organised. It is essential that you are able to work effectively within all levels of an organisation and have the ability to prioritise and multi-task and, crucially, be prepared to take ownership and meaningful action. As a true sales professional you will be positive and inquisitive by nature, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and sound commercial acumen.
You will be able to develop relations, positively influence both customers and colleagues and know how to close a sale. The need for strong business acumen, the ability to work at pace and have a proven
track record in a sales or commercial role.
