The Sales Executive Role:
We are looking for a Sales Executive with different hours and days to the usual car industry. We are looking for someone who would like to work 4 days a week. Thursday and Friday - 8.30am to 7pm. Saturday 8.30am to 6pm. Sunday’s 10am to 4pm.
You would be off Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Sales Executive Key Role Areas:
+ Understands the customer journey experience
+ Talks and listens to customers to build rapport and understand their requirements
+ Qualifies own understanding of the customer’s needs – to build the closest possible match between the product and customer
+ Demonstrates the most suitable options to the customer, understanding and adapting to their style and buying strategy and encouraging them to experience the product (e.g. test drive)
+ Uses a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide then towards the best choice
+ Manages own diary and appointments to ensure appropriate allocation of time with customers
+ Ensures sales opportunities are maximised for the full range of services and products, including warranties and service plans
+ Maintains a daily log of customer activity in order to measure and review demonstrator to sales ratios
+ Appraises and agrees the sale price in an open and friendly manner, ensuring the Sales Manager authorisation is discreetly gained as necessary
+ Introduces finance options prior to agreeing the payment method with the customer direct, working within company guidelines
+ Develops relationships to win new business:
