We are currently hiring a super-organised, confident and assertive Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of our busy office.

We are looking for an experienced Office Coordinator to join our small, dynamic, hard-working and friendly team. You will be responsible for coordinating workflow ensuring that jobs progress smoothly and efficiently from new enquiry to completion. The role requires you to keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system up to date and to follow up missing information and documentation to enable jobs to be completed successfully and profitably. You will support the operational teams by booking and coordinating hotels, flights and ferries, purchasing office supplies and providing general office support.
+ Workflow coordination maintaining an up-to-date and accurate CRM at all times
+ Chasing for and obtaining missing job information and documentation
+ Ensuring job files are complete and tidy
+ Booking hotels, flights & ferries and communicating with colleagues
+ Adjusting bookings where necessary and updating colleagues
+ Purchasing office supplies
+ General office duties including answering telephones, responding to emails, keeping accurate records,
+ Fully proficient in use of email, Word and Excel
+ Proactive, conscientious & self-managed
+ Excellent organisational and administrative skills
+ Logical and methodical work approach
+ Confident & assertive
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Highly accurate and efficient
+ Possess good multi-tasking skills
+ Excellent communication and customer care
+ Articulate and professional
+ Full driving license and own transport
+ Working hours Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm.
+ £22k - £28k salary dependent on experience
+ Based in Aston Clinton near Aylesbury
+ Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment
+ 28 days including bank holidays
+ Start date: ASAP
