Graduate Account Manager
Guildford, UK + International Travel | £21,000 Base (£25,000 - 26,000 OTE Uncapped)
We are a leading software and hardware provider for card personalisation equipment. We are currently recruiting for a Junior-Level Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of ID Cards printers, Embossers and Lasers.
This position is based in our Guildford office and international travel is required
+ Increase sales and Dealer network within UK, Middle East and Africa
+ Manage and increase sales with existing Dealer network
+ Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
+ Have strong intercultural competence
+ Ability to work with representatives at varying levels of an organisation
+ Strong presentation skills - participation in bid presentation
+ Ability to motivate and inspire
+ Willingness to travel locally and internationally
+ Using a variety of techniques to persuade or negotiate properly to bring on board new Dealers
+ Establish and maintain a Dealer coverage map by country and market served
+ Submit weekly sales progress reports and ensure data is accurate
+ Understand the Dealer's goals and purpose so that NBS can enhance the Dealers performance
+ Attend exhibitions
+ Occasional weekend travel
This position is 100% sales driven, focusing on increasing sales through new channels and expanding sales
