We’re looking for an organised, energetic and fun person to provide support to the executive team and be the 'go-to' for any office needs.
You’ll be responsible for organising and overseeing all administrative activities that ensure the smooth running of the office to give everyone the most productive, innovative and engaging workplace possible. You’ll also work closely with other functions such as Talent to make sure we give new joiners the best onboarding globally, across our offices in London, Philadelphia and Johannesburg.

Global EA and Operations Executive Responsibilities:
+ Supporting the exec team on scheduling as the company scales (travel planning, investor meetings)
+ Partnering with teams to support onboarding, Right to Work checks, offboarding, etc...
+ Organising induction plans and training for new employees
+ Assisting diary management and admin tasks
+ Liaising with service providers, agencies and building management
+ Invoicing and managing employee’s expenses
+ Organising and improving office operations
+ Partnering with Finance on invoices / POs
+ Own all things social, organising and arranging social activities in and out of the office
+ Minimum 18 months office management, PA and/or office administration experience
+ You have worked for fast-growing businesses and are used to the speed and variety this brings
+ Projects you will be working on combine multiple skill-sets, therefore you need to have an outstanding aptitude to learn and be a lateral thinker.
+ Competence with Microsoft Office and a variety of other workplace packages and agility in learning new technology and software systems.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skill
+ Strong numerical skills
+ Excellent time management abilities

+ Someone with a pioneering spirit; resourceful and able to take ownership quickly and reliably
Your direct reporting line would be into Harry who is the Head of Operations. You will also directly support the Executive Team, Nadim, CEO, Crispian, CFO, Jim, CRO and Pete, CTO. You will also work with our Talent Team Architect, Catherine.
